As a vehicle for business improvement, there is nothing that is as systematic, measurable, and independently assessed as The Wales Quality Award.

The annual Wales Quality Award is widely recognised as a vehicle for business improvement. It’s based on the European Excellence Model and has a reputation in Europe second to none; more businesses enter in Wales every year, and more businesses improve. We have a successful and sustained track record.

The Award process runs right through the year and starts with launch events in February and ends in November with Awards presented at a Gala Dinner event followed by written feedback reports to entrants. It is an opportunity for participating organisations to come face to face with a comprehensive review of their strengths and weaknesses, by a team of trained and qualified assessors.

We are holding two Award launch breakfasts (free of charge), one in South Wales at Miskin Manor, Pontyclun on 27th February and one in North Wales at the Talardy Hotel on 26th February and you are invited to come along. We will explain the Award process, show you how the Excellence Model can work for your organisation and describe the many benefits you can realise by entering the Wales Quality Award 2008
