| Business Diagnostic |
This is a unique new service provided
by the Centre and available only to Wales Quality Centre members as
a subsidised diagnostic service.
We will provide a CD based Business Diagnostic Programme for your
organisation. .The aim of the Diagnostic is to produce a thought provoking
report and suggest actions to help your business and to drive continuous
improvement.
The report looks at Leadership, Policy & Strategy, Resources and
Processes, Customer Results and Key Business Results. The output is
scored and actions for improvement are identified. You can complete
the report on line and return to us, we will then produce a report
based on your answers and report back with the findings.

| Preferential Pricing |
Members of the Wales Quality Centre can take advantage of our preferential
pricing policy. We offer our member organisations training and events
at 20% less than non-member organisations, with no limits on the numbers
of employees involved.
The pricing policy also covers our in-house training programmes which
are tailor made to meet your specific requirements, conferences and
any other events run at the Wales Quality Centre.
